Over the next couple of weeks, we will be delivering packets of DRIVE FOR SUCCESS promotional materials to keep your juniors and seniors motivated to earn good grades and maintain perfect attendance.

The basics of the Drive For Success program, now in our fifth year, remain the same:

Juniors and Seniors can earn the chance to win one of two, 2006 Ford Focus ZX3’s or one of eight $1,000 scholarships, provided by Bright House Networks Central Florida.  Entry is based on students earning A’s, B’s and/or having perfect attendance as shown on official report cards.  Grades of C or below, or less than perfect attendance doesn't count against the student, only good grades and perfect attendance matter.

Once first grading period is over, eligible juniors and seniors must bring their report card, along with a valid driver’s license, to the Mullinax Ford dealership on highway 436 in Apopka to register.  Parents/legal guardians can register for the student at the dealership. 

That’s all there is to it. Ten finalists will be selected at the end of the school year to participate in the drawing for the two Ford Focus ZX3s and the eight $1,000 scholarships.  Students can get more information on-line at  http://www.mulinaxford.com .
